Do you need to ride your own motorcycle
to be a member of the Ladies of Harley ? 
The answer is... NO! 
Some members of the Myrtle Beach Ladies
of Harley ride their own motorcycles,  and 
some do not! At this time it's about 50/50.

  



Come on Ladies… Join the fun!!!

 

You do not need to ride your own motorcycle to be a member of The Ladies of Harley !!!

 

The Ladies of Harley is one of the benefits of being a HOG member.   It was established
to help women become more active members of HOG,  and their existing local chapter.  More women than ever before are enjoying the sport of motorcycling, either riding their own motorcycle, or riding on the back of someone else’s.

 

The Ladies of Harley  is involved in many activities throughout the year from organizing fundraisers, planning special rides,  or just simply getting folks together for a night out.


A few of The Ladies of Harley sponsored events that we are proud of are our Ride Around the Independent Republic of Horry for the benefit of the Waccamaw Youth Center (2007), our Chili Cook Off Ride for the benefit of Dream Catchers Therapeutic Riding Center (2008), our Fall Bike Rally Charity Ride for the benefit of Caring In Our Lifetime (2009), our annual support of a Myrtle Beach Marathon water station (see picture below), and our annual visits to the Myrtle Beach Manor Nursing Home with our special guest Santa!
 

Whenever The Ladies of Harley get together, a very good time is had by all. The Ladies of Harley get together about once a month for a planning meeting, we would love to see you all come and join the fun!!!

The Ladies of Harley ran a charity ride during the Fall
Bike Rally in October of 2009 for the Caring In Our
Lifetime organization of Horry & Georgetown counties.
   

The Ladies of Harley were proud to present the Caring
In Our Lifetime staff with a check for $14,088 at the 
very next Myrtle Beach HOG monthly chapter meeting!
 
The Ladies of Harley asked for
volunteers to help run a water station
 at the Myrtle Beach Marathon, which
is held in support of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of SC, and look at the wonderful response we had!  
We handed out lots of water, bananas,
and encouragement, and everyone there
had a really great time!  We are very
proud to say that we have returned to help out every year since then! 
In the Fall of 2008 The Ladies of Harley
held a fundraiser to benefit The Dream Catchers Therapeutic Riding Center. With
all the hard work and dedication of The
Ladies of Harley, and the support of the chapter, we were able to present Dream Catchers with a check for over $6,000 !!!
